Chicken Thighs in Wine with Rosemary
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs, dredge in flour, then brown in oil. Remove from the pan.
  2. Sauté the shallots, garlic, and rosemary until tender, then add the wine, chicken stock, tomatoes and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, add the chicken, reduce heat and cook until the chicken is done.
  3. Plate and serve.
